Rustichella Bucatini hohle Spaghetti 
 

Die Bucatini sind dickere Spaghetti mit einem Loch (buco), von dem sich der Name ableitet. Man kombiniert sie gern mit einem Sugo alla Carbonara oder einem würzigen Sugo all’Amatriciana, verwendet sie für Pasta alla Norma (sizilianische Auberginensauce) oder nimmt sie für Aufläufe.
